With a long history in the wrestling business as a performer and a reputation for wild creativity, Ryan was the first employee hired to work at the WWE Performance Center when it was preparing to open in 2013. But after 8 and 1/2 years of working with the likes of Dusty Rhodes, William Regal and Triple H to foster the next generations of WWE Superstar, Ryan was let go amidst yet another wave of pandemic “cost-cutting”.

Now, hear from Ryan himself about being hired, being fired, ideas that were left on the table, how he managed to get over with The American Dream, how he rescued Regal from an uncertain medical fate after His Lordship was injured during a trip to Costa Rica, how he influenced the creation of Hit Row and more.
